CLAREGY Compliance Continuum (CCC)

The CLAREGY Compliance Continuum (CCC) is an online and downloadable series will guide small to medium sized practices and clinics to meet the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access final rule requirements that will be fully enforced by January 2027 and all healthcare compliance requirements beyond.  

The CCC will walk a small to medium sized practice or clinic through what is required to meet the January 2027 deadline and continue providing highly informative compliance information, tasks and actions ongoing.

By January 2027, eligible providers (including small practices and clinics) participating in CMS programs must ensure patients have electronic access to their health information via APIs. This is part of CMS's broader push for:
